13 Sep The ‘Chocolate’ issue
Even if I love chocolate, brown is not really my color!!
Rarely I choose a brown hue for clothing…I prefer it mainly in accessories, bags and shoes! I have to admit, however, that it is an easy color to combine with for example pink, orange, purple, red, blue, black….almost any color!
Missoni multicolor blouse
In my outfits follow, I went the safe way and paired my chocolate pants to beige tops!! In the first one, a baggy style pant is paired to ecru shirt and a beige tweed vest with tortoiseshell details.
shirt: Christoforos Kotentos – vest: Michael Kors – pants: Zara – shoes: A. Bottega
I chose shoes and bag in the same hue, i.e. camel flat sandals and a rounded vintage snake bag!
Vintage croco bag
In the second one, a straight-leg pant is combined with beige oversized blouse and a vintage blue cordon belt with fringes and gold details!
top: MaxMara – shoes: Angela Varello
Blue sandals and a vintage brown ‘bucket’ bag complete the look.

Vintage ‘bucket’ bag
Keep in mind and high on your shopping list fringes which are so ‘in’ and bucket bags which have been back again!! So, have a look in your wardrobe for old treasures….
