When culinary excellence meets great interiors…..The Artisan Restaurant recently opened its doors in Dubai!
In a refined and classy interior environment, one of my favorites in Dubai, the awarded Italian restaurant Enoteca Pinchiorri with 3 Michelin stars opened a new chapter in its history offering a feast for the senses. I visited the restaurant with two friends and our experience was way much more unique than we expected. Its not only the Italian cuisine, the eclectic interiors with art pieces that change periodically (and every time feels like a new space) or the friendly staff but also the ambient music and atmosphere. (At the end we asked also for the playlist…………..!!!).
The menu includes with meat, seafood, and vegetarian dishes. Not to mention, that except of the discerning taste the food styling was exemplary. Some of my favorite flavors were grilled octopus, risotto with porcini mushrooms and aromatic herbs, and the one-of-a-kind chocolate fondant (I am a chocolate lover). Last but not least, from one of the most creative cocktails menu (graphically speaking) I have ever seen you can choose exclusive cocktails and mocktails that their appearance is more fancy than the graphics!! My choice was the Green Avenue mocktail with green apple juice, kiwi, cucumber and lime juice.
Lunch or dinner, it worth a try and I am sure it will become your favorite Italian restaurant in Dubai. Located in the popular area for fine dining DIFC is convenient to reach. Leave me your comments and let me know about your Artisan experience!
