23 Oct Style the bump (vol. II)

Styling the bump is not an easy issue….not to mention the limited choices that maternity fashion offers to expecting women!! Especially when time is coming it is almost impossible to fit your old clothes. What I try to do this period is to buy one or two new pieces which though I can pair with old clothes of loose fit and create different looks.

For a working day I choose a grey asymmetric maternity dress – that can be worn also over leggings when the weather becomes cold – and combine it to an old loose blazer. Of course, if you want to draw attention away from your bump don’t forget the accessories. A plexiglass necklace keeps my attire minimal but makes at the same time the difference. For this sensitive period, I swear in mid-heels which by the way are so in fashion. Very comfy and stylish, they are my choice for updated looks.

How do you style your bump?? Feel free to leave your comments below!
